Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bat93 ("bat93", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bat93 website, mobile platform, betting services, casino games and any other products or features made available through the platform (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager on bat93, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bat93 platform.

bat93 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the bat93 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to confirm a Player's identity, age and eligibility before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Platform" means the bat93 website, mobile-optimised site, and any associated applications through which the Services are delivered.
• "Services" means the full range of betting, casino, live casino, slots, instant games and related features available on bat93.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, live-dealer game, or any other outcome offered through the Platform.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Services is prohibited under applicable law or under bat93's operational policies.
• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, being the date from which the current version of these Terms applies.

Account Eligibility

To register an Account and use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or by the operator/license conditions applicable to bat93, whichever is greater.
• You must be a natural person acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate entities, automated accounts and proxy registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Territory.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on bat93 or on any cross-operator self-exclusion scheme applicable to bat93's license jurisdiction.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and must keep that information updated throughout your use of the Platform.

bat93 does not represent that using its Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players in Pakistan must be aware that gambling is governed by the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and that bat93 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the PTA, the State Bank of Pakistan or any provincial authority. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful where you are located. This statement does not constitute legal advice.

Account Management

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on bat93. The creation of duplicate, secondary or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. bat93 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to adequately protect your credentials.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account on your behalf.
• You must notify bat93 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• bat93 reserves the right to request identity documentation (KYC) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal processing and during routine compliance reviews.
• Accounts that remain inactive (no login activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. bat93's dormant account policy, including any applicable inactivity fees, will be communicated to the registered email address prior to enforcement.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bat93 are processed in accordance with the payment methods available at the time of the transaction. Payment provider names listed on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, BTC and USDT — are provided as familiar references only. Their listing does not imply endorsement of bat93 by any such provider, nor does it confirm the availability of a given method at any specific time.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• bat93 does not accept deposits made from credit cards issued for gambling purposes where prohibited by the card issuer or applicable regulation.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change. Where amounts are communicated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the applicable exchange rate at the time of processing will apply to cross-currency transactions.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as an anti-money-laundering control.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. bat93 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above specified thresholds.
• Processing times vary by payment method. bat93 targets internal approval within 24–72 hours; external processing times are subject to the policies of the relevant payment provider.
• bat93 will not charge Players processing fees on standard withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, for which bat93 accepts no liability.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on bat93 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event or game. General betting rules are published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between general rules and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

• A bet is only accepted and valid once a unique bet reference is generated and confirmed by the bat93 system. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• bat93 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is suspended, cancelled or ruled as void under the applicable sport rules.
• In the event of a clear and obvious pricing error (palpable error), bat93 reserves the right to void affected bets, regardless of whether the outcome has been settled.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed within the bet slip and may vary by event, market type and Player account status.
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional latency and market suspension rules. bat93 accepts no liability for bets placed on incorrect in-play odds where a delay in odds updating is attributable to the Player's own internet connection.
• Cash-out functionality, where available, is offered at bat93's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. Accepted cash-out values are final and non-reversible.

Bonuses & Promotions

bat93 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback deals and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the individual promotion terms shall take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game-contribution percentages and expiry periods are published within each promotion.
• Players may only participate in a promotion once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. bat93 reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to crediting or honouring any promotion.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn in their unconverted form. Only winnings that result from the successful completion of wagering requirements are withdrawable, subject to verification.
• bat93 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions already accepted by Players in good faith prior to modification will be honoured under their original terms where technically feasible.
• bat93 will not tolerate bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting at minimal risk, arbitrage betting funded by bonus credits, or coordinated use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion. Suspected abuse will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Where a promotional offer references a specific sport — for example, Pakistan cricket or a PSL T20 match — that reference is for descriptive context only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation with the relevant sport, board or league.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bat93. Violations will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance, subject to bat93's right to recover losses caused by the prohibited conduct.

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or support interactions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI systems or any other non-human means to place bets, navigate the Platform or exploit any system behaviour.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate betting outcomes, casino game results or any other event offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or technical vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or using bat93 as a mechanism to obscure the source or destination of any funds.
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of disguising your actual geographic location.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once or circumventing account-level restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harassing conduct toward bat93 staff or other Platform users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bat93 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, data feeds, odds compilations and game content — is the intellectual property of bat93 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written consent from bat93.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bat93's total liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

• bat93 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• bat93 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond bat93's reasonable control may result in service interruptions.
• bat93 accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain secure access credentials or from unauthorised use of a Player's Account where bat93 is not at fault.
• Nothing in these Terms limits bat93's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

bat93 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to providing tools that help Players maintain control over their betting activity. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of income or a means of resolving financial difficulties.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits and session time limits from within their Account settings.
• A cooling-off period or temporary account suspension may be requested by contacting our support team at any time.
• Permanent self-exclusion is available upon written request to the bat93 support team. Self-excluded Players must not attempt to circumvent the exclusion by creating new accounts.
• bat93 applies strict age-verification controls. Adults 18+ only, or the higher minimum required by the operator/licence jurisdiction. It is an offence to allow underage persons to access gambling services.

Amendments to These Terms

bat93 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bat93 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.

Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bat93 Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

bat93 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where bat93 reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in or is suspected of fraudulent, illegal or prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory, compliance or licence obligations require the closure of the Account.
• Continued operation of the Account presents a material risk to bat93 or to other Players.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat93 holds its operating licence. bat93 does not hold a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority within Pakistan.

In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should contact bat93 support in the first instance. bat93 will endeavour to resolve complaints fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. Where a complaint cannot be resolved internally, dispute resolution mechanisms available under the applicable licence jurisdiction may be accessed as described in the Platform's complaints policy.
